Managing Director

Ross Meadows has an extensive video, marketing and advertising background with over 15 years in the marketing industry. Ross is passionate about all things business and technology and ensures Media Booth stays at the top of their game in all areas of the digital world. 

Ross has been in business for over 14 years with investments in startups, joint ventures, technology sector and manufacturing to name a few. He has taken many businesses from the ground up to industry leaders. 

With a positive attitude, Ross is always out to maximise his customers ROI by keeping up with digital and paid advertising trends.

Sales Manager

Tony has over 15 years experience assisting small business with lead generation, marketing and branding. Having run his own small businesses in the printing and marketing industries for over 10 years, he can relate to the issues small business owners go through day in and day out. Tony’s passion of digital marketing stems from wanting to help businesses grow and absolutely loves starting with an end goal then planning and strategising a plan to achieve it.

Tony is a family man with a wife, three boys, a dog and 2 chickens (which used to be 3 chickens no thanks to the dog!) A mad passion for motorcycles is an understatement. Road bikes, dirt bikes, trials, racing. Yes, it is an obsession. Travelling is also close to his heart as he believes in taking off the blinkers and learning  from the world.

David has been working in the marketing industry since 2017. Graduating from a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) / Psychological Science in 2018, David has been exposed to a range of marketing campaigns utilising traditional and digital mediums within the marketing agency space. David will be your main point of contact during your marketing campaign. 

When he’s not in the office you’ll find David on the touch football field, in the gym or appreciating the best Gold Coast eats like a true self-labelled ‘foodie’. He definitely won’t say no to his clients bringing a long black along to their strategy meeting or campaign catch up for him.

Content Coordinator & Videographer

Raigan is your go to for creative visual content. From what started as a hobby in high school has turned into a promising career. Holding a Cert IV in Marketing paired with a passion for cinema and storytelling, Raigan can help tell your story and push your message across with video & creative visual fx. 

When not in the office or on a shoot, Raigan can either be found in the line-up at South Straddy or spending time with his young family.

Social Media & Ad Specialist

With experience working in the marketing industry since 2017, Olivia is passionate about all things social. Currently finishing her Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Olivia has been exposed to many facets of digital marketing, particularly in regards to social media. Olivia is the resident social media specialist, who not only maintains your social presence but lends a hand in other elements of marketing, particularly the advertising sector.

When she’s not in the office you’ll find Olivia riding her motorbike along mountain tops, clambering up rocks, or in the great outdoors.

With 20 + years in the design industry, Shane’s has a natural aptitude for the in the IT & creative industries and extensive experience in producing quality design marketing, educational and informative materials for all stakeholders in the advertising and vocational sectors up to standards expected by private sector, organisations and government bodies. Shane’s experience in Adobe Creative Cloud is second to none.

By keeping in touch with industry trends, Shane has maintained current knowledge of ‘best practices’ in design which has given him a creative edge in designing effective campaigns, brands and sub-brands, brochures, signage, vehicle wraps, web sites, publications, manuals, guidelines, programs, handbooks, advertisements, animation, video and much more. A guru, revered by his peers, there’s not much he hasn’t achieved in the creative arts industry.

Analyst Programmer & SEO Specialist

Rafael is an Analyst Programmer with a Bachelor of Computer Science. He has been working in the web development space since 2002, and well experienced in digital marketing (SEO and Google Ads). Rafael’s focus is utilising Pipedrive and website data to create accurate real-time reports and efficient integrations, that support the clients and save a lot of time.

When he’s not in the office, Raf (as he is known to us), is either exploring the Gold Coast or travelling around Australia. He is always looking forward to discovering a new beautiful place to visit in Australia, and is always open to client suggestions.
